Andrew joined S&P Global in 2022 as EMEA Lead for S&P Global Chemical Insights, whilst also heading up the Global Aromatics and Fibers group.

Andrew has spent much of the past decade in the Middle East, most recently working for QatarEnergy where he was responsible for strategy development for the marketing and sales of Qatar’s exports of fuels, petrochemical feedstocks, petrochemicals and fertilizers. Volumes doubled through his tenure, as the department added more products and diversified into metals.

Prior to this, he was a Consulting Director at IHS Markit, leading single client assignments in the Middle East and India. These ranged from executing due diligence, merger support, country master-planning, cost benchmarking and value chain strategy for a diverse range of petrochemicals.

Andrew began his career with CMAI (later acquired by IHS Markit) in London where he initially worked as part of the Consulting team before moving to forecast European aromatics markets. Andrew has an MSc in Engineering and Management from the University of Exeter and a BEng in Chemical Engineering from UMIST.

Daniel Evans, S&P Global Vice President, leads S&P Global Energy’s Fuels and Refining research. Daniel’s team is responsible for our global and regional short-term refined product supply, demand, price and margin outlooks and detailed downstream market research. Daniel’s team also contributes to long-term forecasting efforts and delivers global base oil and lubricants and fuel retail research. Daniel has been involved in developing our work on the future of energy and mobility and lead studies focused on decarbonization pathways for trucking, aviation and shipping. Prior to joining the firm, Daniel worked for Statoil in corporate strategy where he was responsible for analyzing global business opportunities and framing the strategic investment context for senior management.

Dr. Richard Charlesworth leads the Industry Processes and Cost Analytics (IPCA) group at S&P Global Energy, overseeing technology-driven solutions including PEP, CCMA, RCMA and RAPID. Since joining S&P Global in 2009, he has led consulting projects across the petrochemical value chain, covering feasibility studies, technology selection, feedstock strategy, financial modelling and cost analysis.

He began his career with BP Chemicals as a process engineer before moving into commercial and financial roles. He has also held senior financial and strategy positions at Ineos Olefins, focusing on steam cracker operations and long-term planning.

Su Yeen has more than 18 years in commodity reporting and is currently leading the Asia-Pacific Chemicals team in S&P Global Commodity Insights. In prior roles, Su Yeen oversaw Asia and Middle East middle distillates markets, as well as forward curves for oil product derivatives in the region. Before joining S&P Global Energy in 2013, she spent five years reporting and analyzing pricing trends for petrochemicals with another PRA.

Alex joined Chemical Data (acquired by ICIS – July 2020) as a Vice President in August of 2018. In April 2021, he assumed global ICIS Chemical Analytics business responsibilities.
Prior to ICIS, Alex was at Wood Mackenzie from 2012 to 2018 where he built a new chemical research practice including a team for generating olefins, aromatics, and polymers research & analysis.
He was also at CMAI/IHS from 1993 to 2012 as Global Business Director for the aromatics and fibers groups. His responsibilities included P&L, personnel, and research generation of benzene, styrene, and styrene derivatives.

Bala is Vice President of APAC Consulting at ICIS, supporting businesses in addressing long-term challenges and enabling strategic decision-making through bespoke consulting engagements.
His work spans refining and petrochemicals, alongside emerging sustainability and plastics circularity initiatives. With deep industry expertise, strong senior-level client relationships, and proven commercial acumen, Bala has led and delivered a wide range of projects, including investment evaluations, market assessments, strategic portfolio reviews, cost competitiveness analyses, project financials and economic viability studies, as well as scenario and sensitivity analyses.
He is a regular speaker at leading industry events, including APIC, and always keen to exchange market insights with industry stakeholders.

Helen leads on global plastic circularity within ICIS, managing a global team of analysts focused on recycled polymer markets. She has over 25 years’ experience in consultancy, and for the past 20 years focused on recycled polymers with a specialty in PET within ICIS and Wood Mackenzie (previously PCI).
Prior to joining ICIS Helen developed supply demand data and forecasts for recycled PET markets, including collection, recycling, and end use of recycled PET products and price forecasting. She has been responsible for coverage of recycled PET market including price discovery, analysis of market and regulatory developments. Helen has delivered multiple custom studies in the recycling area, assisting investment and strategy development for parties within the recycled polymer value chain.

Stefano is a senior member of the ICIS Consulting team, globally responsible for the areas of Refining and Petrochemical feedstocks. He works on bespoke consulting projects for companies around the world. He also collaborates with industry associations.
He has 30 years of advisory experience in these fields and in energy transition. He manages the related price forecast and Supply/Demand scenarios of ICIS consulting. Stefano is often engaged by the industry and the financial community to support long-term strategic research.
Stefano regularly presents and chairs at international conferences around the globe.

Dewey leads a team of 250+ subject-matter experts with deep knowledge and experience across the global chemical sector. He has worked extensively with chemical industry stakeholders across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas, covering industry leadership, the financial sector, and policymakers. Dewey has led multiple engagements with chemical industry clients globally in strategy development and execution, analysis of chemical markets and business portfolios, and M&A due diligence.

He is based in Houston, Texas.

Adrian's responsibilities include spearheading global development efforts across multiple product lines, including Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), Natural Gas Liquids (NGL), and Naphtha. With over 20 years of experience, Adrian is a key resource within the company, offering deep insights into the broad energy market.

In his role, he collaborates closely with stakeholders throughout the energy, petrochemical, and financial sectors, providing global support and strategic insights. His current focus involves leading the development of new energy products and enhancing the company's market deliverables and insights.

He is based in Houston, Texas.

Nick Kovics serves in dual leadership roles at Chemical Market Analytics, where he is Vice President and Head of Chemical Research as well as the Inorganic Chemicals Team Lead. He brings over 25 years of global experience in the chemical industry to the organization.

Nick oversees the Plastics & Polymers, Aromatics & Fibers, Olefins, Inorganic Chemicals, and Syngas value chains. Prior to this role, he held several leadership positions within Chemical Market Analytics’ Inorganics practice, including responsibility for the Chlor-alkali, Bleaching Chemicals, and Battery Materials advisory services. He is based in Houston, Texas.

William leads Asia Olefins' business and has research responsibilities for providing insight into the dynamics associated with the ethylene, propylene, C4, and derivatives value chain markets. William also leads Asia Olefins' business, and has been involved in many petrochemical consulting projects and client studies, including the China Coal Chemical Study, Global Propane Dehydrogenation Research, and Refinery-cracker/aromatic complex feasibility study. He is based in Beijing, China.

Ashish has over 30 years of experience in the Asian petrochemicals industry and coordinates support across the value chains. His current products of focus are Paraxylene, terephthalic acid (PTA) and Polyester, covering the regional dynamics and guiding the global outlook. He also actively continues to focus on sustainability developments in the polyester sector. Ashish has also been instrumental in launching several reports, including the pricing reports for Aromatics in Asia and the Global Polyurethanes & Feedstock report. He is based in Singapore.

Chuck has over 30 year's experience in the chemical industry. Prior to moving into a global leadership role, he led Argus DeWitt's Benzene & Derivatives service. He joined DeWitt & Company in 2002 from CheMatch where he served as Executive Director, Latin America of the online trading platform for bulk petrochemicals. Chuck also worked as Area Manager, Latin America for Chevron Chemical Company, where he managed polymer and chemical sales into Mexico and South America. A native of upstate New York, he holds a degree and a master's degree from Tulane University and a degree from Union College. He speaks Portuguese and Spanish proficiently.

Sarah has worked with Argus since March 2012 and has global responsibility for their Olefin services.
For 17 years Sarah held senior strategic purchasing management positions in Ineos, Tessenderlo Chemie (LVM) and Rhodia, responsible for a wide range of materials including olefins, fertilizers and commodity raw materials.
Prior this Sarah had various management and project roles covering most aspects of the Chemical business including business management, sales, planning and logistics.
She graduated in Geology from Leicester University and started her career working for BP in oil exploration.

Arun Rajamani is a Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group, and is the Asia Pacific Lead for the Petrochemicals & Chemicals segment. With deep industry expertise and a global perspective, Arun has advised clients across North America, the Middle East, India, and Southeast Asia. His work spans a range of strategic topics within the chemical sectors, with particular focus on digital transformation, innovation, corporate strategy, and go-to-market excellence.
