Registration Categories and Registration Fee

• Member: After 15:30(JST), April 28, 2026, Participants working for companies or organizations located in India, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand are also required to register thorough Here as Non-Member and pay 1,000USD. (As member registration has closed, please register through the Non-Member registration site below.)
  Participants who are working in Japan are required to register through Here.
• Non-Member: Participants who are not based in Japan are required to register through Here.

Steps to complete registration of APIC 2026 for Non-Member

*We will also have on-site registration at the venue on the day of the event.

Registration Deadline

• Online registration:
  • Member: Until 15:30 (JST), April 28 (Tue), 2026 — Registration including Hotel Reservation
  • Non-Member:
    Until 15:30(JST), May 20 (Wed), 2026 Registration excluding Hotel Reservation
• Onsite registration: 14:00(JST) May 27 (Wed) – 13:00(JST), May 29 (Fri), 2026

Payment

• Credit cards only.
• Credit cards not available: JCB, Diners Club, Discover Card, UnionPay.
• If you have any questions about the payment you can send an e-mail to the APIC2026 Registration Desk (apic2026-reg@convention.co.jp)

Payment Due Date

• You are requested to complete the payment within 5 calendar days from the issued date of the “Temporary Registration Confirmation” email. (Due Date).
• Your registration will be cancelled without the payment by the Due Date.

Cancellation Policy

Until 15:30 (JST), April 28, 2026: 100% refund
*Please note that the transaction fee will be deducted from the refund.

After 15:30 (JST), April 28, 2026: NO refund

*Please note that once the invitation letters are issued, you may not apply for refund.
