How to register

Please present the participant badge (QR code) sent by the APIC 2026 Registration Desk (apic2026-reg@convention.co.jp ) at the Registration Desk to receive your name badge.

Payment

• Credit cards only.
• Credit cards not available: JCB, Diners Club, Discover Card, UnionPay.

Payment Due Date

• You are requested to complete the payment within 5 calendar days from the issued date of the “Temporary Registration Confirmation” email. (Due Date).
• Your registration will be cancelled without the payment by the Due Date.

Cancellation Policy

Until 15:30 (JST), April 28, 2026: 100% refund
*Please note that the transaction fee will be deducted from the refund.

After 15:30 (JST), April 28, 2026: NO refund

*Please note that once the invitation letters are issued, you may not apply for refund.
