Steps to complete registration of APIC 2026 for Non-Member

Registration Deadline

• Online registration:
  • Member: Until 15:30(JST), Apr 23 (Thu), 2026
  • Non-Member: Until 15:30(JST), May 20 (Wed), 2026
• Onsite registration: 14:00(JST) May 27 (Wed) – 13:00(JST), May 29 (Fri), 2026

Payment

• Credit cards only.
• Credit cards not available: JCB, Diners Club, Discover Card, UnionPay.
• If you have any questions about the payment you can send an e-mail to the APIC2026 Registration Desk (apic2026-reg@convention.co.jp)

Payment Due Date

• You are requested to complete the payment within 5 calendar days from the issued date of the “Temporary Registration Confirmation” email. (Due Date).
• Your registration will be cancelled without the payment by the Due Date.

Cancellation Policy

Until 15:30 (JST), April 23, 2026: 100% refund
*Please note that the transaction fee will be deducted from the refund.

After 15:30 (JST), April 23, 2026: NO refund

* Please note that once the invitation letters are issued, you may not apply for refund.
